Pinot blanc is a genetic mutation of Pinot gris which in turn is a clone of Pinot noir. All three are one of the oldest and most famous varieties in the world. Pinot blanc has been grown since the 14th century in the French region of Alsace. The grapes from which this wine was made came from Central Slovakia vineyard area from the Čebovce vineyard village.

This wine goes excellently with freshwater fish, white meat, and delicate veal specialties.
