Blaufränkisch selection of grapes 2021
This wine is deeply ruby in colour, with bluish tones along the edges. The smell is dominated by strong tones of sour cherries, berry fruits, and black spices. The taste is intense, with a rich structure of tannins and spices.
This is an old variety with unknown origins. The Blaufränkisch from our region is one of the highest-quality Slovak reds. The variety starts maturing sooner than most others and is usually reaped by the end of October. The grapes from which this wine was made came from Central Slovakia vineyard area from the vineyard village of Čebovce.

We recommend serving this wine with roast venison or duck, goulash, and smoked meats.

Frankovka modrá je starou odrodou, ktorej pôvod nepoznáme. Z nášho regiónu patria frankovky k najkvalitnejším slovenským červeným vínam. Patrí medzi neskoršie zrejúce odrody, spravidla ju oberáme koncom októbra. Hrozno na výrobu vína pochádza zo Stredoslovenskej vinohradníckej oblasti z vinohradníckej obce Čebovce.
Farba vína je hlboko rubínovočervená s modrastými tónmi po okraji. Vo vôni dominujú výrazné tóny višní, bobuľového ovocia a čierneho korenia. Chuť je výrazná s bohatou kompozíciou trieslovín a korenín.
Odporúčame podávať k pečenému mäsu zo zveriny, pečenej kačke, guľášu či údeninám.
