Sauvignon x Semillon quality wine
The wine is quite extravagant and full, the aroma dominates rather mature honey tones. In its fresh fruit fragrance we find especially mature citrus fruits with a herbaceous undertow of mowed grass. The taste is medium intensive with refreshing acid, minerality, in the touch can feel greaves.

The wine comes from a small and fairly young vineyard from the vineyard village of Veľký Krtíš in the Pod Klincovkou. The proportion of varieties is 80% of Sauvignon and 20% of Semillon. The grapes from which this wine was made came from Central Slovakia vineyard area.

We recommend serving meat, soft cheese with a noble white mold.
